Job Description

Our client is experiencing an exciting growth phase and are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator talent to join their winning team!

Responsibilities:

  • data entry, prepare sales quotations and handle associated paperwork
  • coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communications and daily operation
  • liaise with external vendors for order arrangements and follow up
  • support office related administrative tasks and projects
  • perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Sales Administration
  • good team player, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • strong listening, communications and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS packages, spoken and written Chinese & English
