Job Description

Our client is a global top-tier luxury brand and they are looking for an experienced Administrator talent to join their winning team!

Responsibilities

  • handle order processing and follow up
  • arrange courier services and staff training schedules
  • manage workplace supplies and parts stock level and replenishment
  • assist with document translations and other administrative duties
  • support workplace renovation projects
  • perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum relevant Administrator experience of 6 years or above, preferably in a workshop/factory setting
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting under a fast paced environment
  • Good communications, coordination and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent across spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Well-organised, proactive and self-motivated
