David Leithead

COO

David is Chief Operations Officer with responsibility for the strategic growth and development of all of Morgan McKinley’s business divisions in the UK. He joined the Group in 2014 from Michael Page where he spent 20 years working in the UK and Asia Pacific.

Pat founded Morgan McKinley's parent company, Premier Group, in 1988. As CEO, he is ultimately responsible for the services provided to both clients and candidates. He directs and manages the company's growth which he has overseen from small beginnings to a leading multi-national staffing and talent management company across nine countries.

We have a simple but difficult task - To go beyond our customers expectations. This is our only measurement of success - Do people have better careers because we went 'the extra mile' for them? Do our client organisations enjoy greater success due to the people we introduced?

With responsibility for the management, business development and growth of Morgan McKinley’s global operations, Gerald is committed to driving service delivery and excellence across all business sectors and geographies. 

Excellence is not something that you can ever truly achieve but it is the pursuit of same that drives consistently outstanding delivery in a sector that doesn't always value excellence as a worthy goal

Brian Murphy

CCO

Brian is responsible for optimising Morgan McKinley’s global support structures, to the benefit of both external and internal clients, and ensuring that the Group operates in a commercially efficient manner. Brian joined Morgan McKinley as a consultant in 1998, having previously worked in senior finance roles with the Johnson & Perrott Motor Group and Kerry Group plc. He was Managing Director for Morgan McKinley Ireland before taking up his present role in 2011

Aldagh McDonogh

Transformation Director

Aldagh joined the Group in October 2010, overseeing the ongoing development and transformation of our organisation; she is focused on evolving our services to ensure that our clients and candidates continue to receive an exceptional recruitment experience and that we remain at the cutting edge of our industry.

COO South Asia | Managing Director - Singapore

Andrew joined Morgan McKinley as a researcher in 1998, swiftly rising to become Chief Operations Officer for UK Financial Services in 2010. Andrew recently moved from London to lead our South Asia operations and now has overall responsibility for business development, service delivery and operational excellence across our South Asia offices.

Chris has worked in a range of executive roles with leading global staffing companies. Over the past decade he has specialised in international business development. He is now responsible for Morgan McKinley’s global sales strategy, overseeing new business acquisition across all service lines, expansion of our relationships with our existing client base and the development of our service portfolio.

Karen O'Flaherty

COO Ireland

Karen is Chief Operations Officer with responsibility for the strategic growth and development of all of Morgan McKinley’s business divisions in Ireland. She joined the Group in 2005 as Divisional Director and played a key role in making us one of the leading IT recruitment brands nationwide. She subsequently became Managing Director for Ireland and was appointed to her current role in 2011.

Richie Holliday

COO APAC

Richie joined Morgan McKinley as a consultant in 1998, working in London for nine years before moving to Asia to run our Hong Kong office. In 2011 Richie set up the firm’s office in Shanghai and was promoted to COO for the Asia Pacific region with responsibility for overseeing operations in Australia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Japan.

Nothing motivates us more than the genuine pride and satisfaction we feel having delivered for both the candidate and the client. It is a unique feeling. As a chosen recruitment partner we are privileged to be able to position ourselves at the centre of our customers needs to really make a difference to you: through hard work; commitment; and - ultimately - our delivery of exceptional service.

Michael Hinchion

CAO

Michael joined the Premier Group in 1989 as an executive director with responsibility for business growth in Ireland and recruitment consultancy for senior accountancy roles. As the Group expanded he fulfilled a variety of roles, drawing on his financial and business experience. He is now Corporate Affairs Officer, with responsibility for group governance and treasury as well as maintaining business relationships at Group level. Michael graduated in Business at NUI Cork and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1985. Post-qualification, he joined an international property and construction company, rising to the position of Group Financial Controller

Effective corporate governance is vital to the functioning of any major company, especially an internationally active people-company like Morgan McKinley. It is the task of my team to ensure that all of our executive officers and stakeholders are working in harmony to achieve Morgan McKinley’s objective of exceeding expectations both as a Career Ally for candidates and as a business partner to our clients.

Kieran Rossiter

CFO

Kieran is our Chief Financial Officer and has overseen the development of the Group’s finance function through significant business expansion. He joined Morgan McKinley in 2006 from Boston Scientific (formerly Guidant Corporation), a leading implantable medical device technology company. Kieran has more than 20 years’ experience, gained in the UK, Belgium and Ireland while working for leading multinational companies in various senior finance and commercial roles. The Finance team that reports to Kieran provides Pay and Bill services to our global contractor and client base, which has a significant impact on our client and candidate communities.
