Adel Lai

Adel has been with Morgan McKinley from the first day we began operations in Singapore in 2005. She looked after the back office support functions: Human Resources, Finance, Admin, Sales Support, and most recently, Marketing. She has a Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.  
Integrity is really important to me. Working at Morgan McKinley is all about being authentic. It is a commitment to be true to myself and others. To do what I say I am going to do, to deliver on my promise through the actions I take and the decisions I make. Being honest and sincere is the first step to build trusting relationships, and trusting relationships are the basis of all great businesses. There is no short cut when you are committed to delivering solutions that fit. Being part of Support means I start from within, fulfilling the business needs of both my internal and external clients.

Cem Baris

Based in our London office, Cem is responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of our technology recruitment business in the UK. His background within recruitment spans nearly 10 years specialising in IT, initially within Executive Search and more recently moving into Contingent staffing.    
I am passionate about building effective relationships and delivery, one cannot exist without the other. Creating long lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike is of paramount importance to Morgan McKinley and that’s why I believe we deliver above and beyond expectations.

Matt Jacobs

Matt joined Morgan McKinley in 2008 and has focused on establishing and developing our Commerce & Industry capability in Australia. He currently manages the Finance and IT teams in our Sydney office and specialises in recruiting senior to executive finance professionals across a variety of sectors. Matt and his team have built up an impressive client portfolio, successfully placing a broad range of newly qualified accountants through to executive-level appointments.

Susan Kelly

Susan has over 13 years' experience working in recruitment, specialising in the financial services sector.  As a Client Services Executive with Standard Life Investments, Susan developed her communication and networking skills, which prepared her for her career in recruitment.  As Client Services Manager for Morgan McKinley Financial Services, Susan not only recruits for senior level appointments across Banking, Insurance and Funds, she also builds key relationships within the sector, developing a long-term strategy for servicing small indigenous clients to large multinationals.  
I am a product of the optimism that started in Ireland in the late 90s, recruitment has evolved significantly over the course of the last 15 years and I have seen Morgan McKinley evolve with it. It is a powerful thing to say that you feel you are working with the best recruiter in Ireland, I am very confident in our offering and when I talk to clients I truly believe in our business and what we are trying to deliver for our clients.

Susan Wong

Susan has been with the Hong Kong business since it opened in 2003. Her role has evolved from supporting an office of 2 employees through to now 40+ employees. Susan comes from a backgound of business/admin support, where she previously worked as a PA in the airline industry and an administrator in another recruitment agency. Susan looks after a wide range of aspects from back office support, HR, credit control, systems training, onboarding, internal policies etc. She works closely with all team members and directly assists the MD and COO of APAC. Born and bred in the UK, Susan speaks fluent English and Cantonese. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Solent University, UK.
I believe it’s important for service providers like us to be reliable and trustworthy. It is imperative we deliver results for not only clients but for candidates as well. Delivering what we do best is what builds a great reputation. Here at Morgan McKinley, we firmly do believe going that extra mile and seeing things through to the end, a true service provider.
