Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads through the sales funnel
- Qualify opportunities based on needs, fit, and readiness to buy
- Run structured follow-ups to drive consistent conversion rates
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates
- Collaborate with marketing and senior stakeholders to improve lead quality and conversion
- Represent the business in virtual events and online engagements
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets
Skills & Experience Required
- 1-3 years' experience in SDR, B2C sales, or similar high-volume sales role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales or conversion targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Consultative sales approach- able to understand needs and guide decisions
- Highly organised with experience managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Self-motivated and effective in a fully remote environment
- Right to work in the UK
