Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across key sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to execute the UK go-to-market strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and positioning
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a growing team
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred
