Process Improvement Specialist
9 month contract | Hybrid working in Central London (2-3 days per week)
This is a high-impact role sitting within a fast-paced commercial team, supporting global operational excellence initiatives and driving improved ways of working across key stakeholder groups. You will play a pivotal role in improving processes, enhancing tooling adoption and embedding scalable, efficient operating models. This role requires someone confident operating in complex, cross-functional environments who can influence teams, challenge BAU thinking and drive measurable change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives
- Document and map workflows across Commercial, Finance and Payments teams
- Develop and clarify RACI frameworks
- Drive improved adoption of Jira and associated tooling
- Embed structured, scalable ways of working across stakeholders
- Apply Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Manage change resistance and influence behavioural adoption
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align responsibilities and execution
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Operational Excellence/Process Improvement
- Strong background in documenting workflows and process mapping
- Experience implementing or improving tooling adoption (Jira exposure ideal)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable)
- Demonstrable change management and stakeholder management experience
- Comfortable challenging BAU and driving new ways of working
- Strong resilience and confidence in complex environments
Additional Information:
- Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in Central London)
- Immediate start preferred
- Daily rate £300-340pd inside IR35
