Programme Management Officer - Enterprise Transformation (FTC)
We're partnering with a major UK utilities organisation to appoint a Programme Management Officer within their Transformation Office; a central function shaping enterprise-wide change across multiple strategic portfolios.
This is a high-visibility role, sitting at the heart of transformation, ensuring programmes are governed effectively, risks are managed proactively and leadership has the insight needed to make confident, data-driven decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning and embedding stage gate governance across complex transformation portfolios
- Delivering robust portfolio controls, assurance and performance reporting
- Producing executive-ready reporting for senior stakeholders and transformation boards
- Strengthening PMO standards, tools and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in programme or portfolio-level PMO within large-scale transformation
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks and portfolio controls
- Advanced RAIDO management and analytical reporting capability
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience within utilities or regulated environments highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as MSP, MoP, P3O, PRINCE2 or APM are advantageous
