    Digital Content Project Manager

    Are you a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments? Do you enjoy turning ambiguity into creative solutions and leading global teams to deliver outstanding results? Our client is looking for a Digital Content Project Manager to join their Retail Online team, managing the delivery of online marketing campaigns, business programmes, product launches and engineering releases.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, design, technical and QA to deliver large-scale global campaigns.
    • Serve as the functional authority and consultant on digital content management projects from design through to launch.
    • Plan and track project timelines, ensuring assets and deliverables meet brand standards and customer expectations.
    • Report project status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership and participate in post-launch analysis to improve future execution.
    • Educate teams on eCommerce publishing processes and act as an internal champion for efficient, sustainable solutions.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Demonstrable project management experience.
    • Hands-on experience with large-scale global content or product catalogue management.
    • Proven ability to coordinate and influence global, cross-functional teams.
    • Experience launching and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly online and mobile.
    • Strong understanding of web publishing tools and technical concepts (HTML, PHP, Photoshop, digital assets etc.)
    • Exceptional planning, execution and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, managing competing priorities and tight timelines.
    • Positive, can-do attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working with product catalogue management systems and global content teams.

    This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful digital projects, work with global teams and help deliver outstanding online retail experiences. This is an initial 12 month contract, paid on a PAYE daily basis and hybrid working 3 days per week in Central London.
