Develop go-to-market EMEA retail channel marketing strategy in concert with our Product and Category Marketing teams.
Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial, conversion, and retention of users across multiple products and services.
Lead and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EMEA retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and KPIs.
Continuously measure, manage, and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency, recommending tool development and process improvements as necessary.
Oversee and manage channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed-upon metrics.
Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives, and business development teams.
Manage content and campaign activities across retailers, ensuring our content meets brand standards and serves the overall strategy.
Innovate and partner to identify new channel marketing opportunities in EMEA, collaborating with regional leaders to drive decisions.
Coordinate and manage marketing elements of regularly scheduled reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews), including regional performance and share across business channels and partners.
Deliver and receive candid feedback on both sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Channel Marketing or a similar field.
Demonstrable achievement and success with consumer technology brands.
5+ years experience in building go-to-market strategies, planning, and execution across digital and physical retail channels.
5+ years experience working directly with online retail partners, with knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs such as CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend).
Knowledge of Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc.
Strong presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors.
Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
Highly effective at managing conflict and able to address issues swiftly to maintain a positive team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and flexible.
Experience navigating various organizational environments with varying cultures and structures.
Ability to create and manage project trackers.
Excellent communicator with superb verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with challenger/new business technologies that have transformed the way people work and socialize (e.g., Uber, Nest, Apple iPad).
