What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end programme governance and delivery oversight
- Drive execution of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration strategy
- Manage risk, controls, dependencies and escalations
- Coordinate across Finance, Data, Product and Engineering teams
- Shape and maintain programme plans, RAID logs and governance frameworks
- Support discovery through to implementation and go-live readiness
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across senior stakeholders
- Influence without authority across multiple global teams
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Programme Manager experience in complex environments
- Strong background in SAP transformations (ideal) or ERP / finance system migrations
- Strong governance, planning and structured delivery approach
- Confident stakeholder management at senior level
- Strong risk management and escalation handling experience
- Ability to operate in a complex, data-driven environment
- Experience working with data or integration-heavy programmes
Why This Role?
- Central role in a major SAP RISE transformation programme
- High visibility across business and technology leadership
- Long-term contract running through to 2027
- Opportunity to shape governance and delivery at programme level
