Responsibilities

*You will oversee the day-to-day administration of our international benefits programmes.
*Participate in the strategic development and implementation of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy that are authentic to our company values and empower employees at every stage of their lives.
*You will partner with the Global People Services team to support employees and ensure that their inquiries and issues are resolved within established service level agreements.
*Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies.
*Lead implementation and/or project manage implementation of new programs and plan design changes.
*Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of existing programs
*Support the development of all benefits, retirement, and wellbeing communications
*You will promote awareness and increase employee engagement with our benefit programs.
*Partner closely with Global Total Rewards leader to build business cases to drive continuous improvement.
*Work closely with Finance , Tax and Audit team for appropriate forecasting, reconciliations and audit of processes and data.

Qualifications

*A minimum of 3-4 years of robust experience managing benefits and retirement plan management experience, preferably in a multinational/global organization or consulting firm, Thorough knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations.
*Experience using Ceridian's Dayforce system is preferred
*Prior experience in managing outsourced vendors.
*Negotiation experience, building positive relations with works councils and unions.
*Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration.
*Strong initiative, work ethic, ability to work independently and take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
*Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills
*Must be resourceful, proactive, able to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

This role could be based in London or remotely from anywhere in the UK
