A leading financial institution is looking to hire an experienced and results oriented Relationship Manager to join their Corporate Banking division, with a focus on clients in the Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across the Nordic region.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions, including credit, treasury, trade finance, and investment products.
- Originate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and solutions.
- Monitor and manage credit risk within the portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal risk and regulatory policies.
- Represent the bank at industry events, client meetings, and regional conferences.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate or investment banking, preferably with exposure to Nordic clients.
- Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian), in addition to English
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver financial solutions in a commercial banking environment.
- In depth knowledge of Nordic economic, regulatory, and market dynamics.
- High level of professionalism, commercial acumen, and client service orientation
