The business is a household brand name in the Financial Services & Investment Management world. As part of their ongoing digital transformation journey, the business is now looking to expand on their Global Marketing capabilities. Due to new senior leadership, there has been a huge focus on building out their internal digital and data departments, and instrumental to this growth is a newly created Marketing Automation Manager to help scale out their demand and lead generation activities.
With a focus on the UK domestic market, your role will be both B2B Advisory & B2C Retail customers focused. You will be sitting within a wider global marketing function and supporting all product & service lines including investment, pensions, platforms and advice. This will be a technically hands on and strategic role - where you will be executing and delivering the marketing automation strategy through Oracle Eloqua. Your day to day will involve customer journey mapping, setting up & automating trigger/lifecycle/retention campaigns, executing lead generation & top of funnel marketing activities, as well as leveraging data & insights into customer personalisation and segmentation.
