Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Quantitative Systems)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £100,000
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in London. The role is hybrid, combining office and remote work.
You will work closely with developers and quantitative teams to build, support, and improve reliable, high-performance systems used in a quantitative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Manage and improve cloud and on-prem infrastructure
Support production systems with a focus on reliability and performance
Work alongside developers and quantitative teams to deploy and scale applications
Improve monitoring, automation, and system resilience
Requirements:
Experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer
Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and scripting
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience in, or exposure to, quantitative, trading, or data-driven environments is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting low-latency or high-performance systems
Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of financial markets or quantitative workflows
