Customer Service Advisor, growing company, office in Fleet, permanent role to start asap, salary up to £19k plus benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, customer focused individual to join a very successful, growing business in Fleet. This is a well established company who have exciting plans for expansion and can offer excellent opportunities for career progression.

We are open to looking at applicants who do not have previous office experience - as long as you have customer service experience (eg retail, hospitality, travel, catering etc) and excellent communication skills then we will consider you for this role!

The role is Customer Service Advisor and the focus is to provide the highest possible standard of service to customers (businesses, not general public). You will be handling customer requests and providing a telephone support service, as well as responding to alarms and taking appropriate action to notify the customer.

The role will involve shift work, as due to the nature of the clients you are working with the company provides support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Shifts will rotate, 7am - 2pm, 2pm - 9pm and 9pm - 7am, working 4 days on and 3 days off, and 4 days on with 2 days off one week a month. This averages out at 32 hours a week.

We are looking for someone who has proven Customer Service skills but we are open minded about what industry / sector you are coming from - candidates with experience in retail, travel, catering, hospitality etc are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided, as long as you are confident in dealing with customers the rest can be learnt!
