Job Description

Morgan McKinley are currently working with a well known business based in Bristol that are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join them for 6 to 12 months.

We are currently working with a well known company based in north bristol who are looking for an exeprienced sales ledger clerk to join them for 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up to date customer data in Sage and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Prepare sales invoices and circulate customer statements using sage Invoicing suite.
  • Credit control.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and provide copies of invoices/sales reports as required.
  • Documentation of systems and processes with a view to process improvement within the sales ledger function with a view to reduce debtor days.
  • Reconcile the income bank account, posting remittance advices to sage as received and updating the cash flow forecast for balances due.
  • Supporting the development of the PO processes.
  • Processing sales orders and invoices
