Coordinate COE operations across different regions with Business Divisions, clients, and partner institutions.
- Handle critical administrative tasks like managing the BSM process , organizing key events and facilitating senior management travel.
- Must have 2+ years of work experience , be fully proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) , and demonstrate a strong interest in ESG/Sustainability
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate management reports (e.g., SF volume data), professional presentation decks, and dashboards for senior management.
- Contribute to analyses and preparation of pitch decks supporting COE engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct company research and prepare information material on sustainability programs for client-ready presentations and key engagements.
- Support the development of the COE's SF knowledge database and coordinate COE operations across APAC and MEA.
- Own the organization of key SF events, including Quarterly SF Town Halls and the RI Asia - PEI Annual Conference, coordinating venues and F&B requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, processing travel, expenses, invoicing, tracking action items, and managing the BSM process.
- Facilitate senior management's travel plans, including planning and booking itineraries (flights, hotels, visas) and preparing/submitting expense claims.
- Coordinate on-boarding of new employees and manage departmental documents.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate college degree with 2 years' work experience.
- A demonstrated strong interest and commitment to ESG/Sustainability and financial services.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive assignments autonomously.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers to investigate financial drivers and deviations.
- Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Strong PowerPoint competency is a plus.
- Excellent written, oral, and analytical communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and interact confidently with senior management.
- Excellent research skills. Experience using platforms like Refinitiv or Bloomberg is a plus.
