Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HNW Program for my client's distribution teams.

• Identify leadership and sales capability gaps and partner with internal teams to design targeted learning solutions.

• Build partnerships with reputable academic and industry institutions to support HNW business goals.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building.

• Align with senior stakeholders to secure support and guide long-term learning strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years' experience in L&D, sales training, or coaching

• Experience in change management and leading major learning initiatives.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
