Job Title: Presales Engineer
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Presales Engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in deployment, delivery, or presales within the network or cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to customers
- Prepare and present technical proposals, solution architecture, and BOMs
- Engage in technical discussions with customers and partners to support sales opportunities
- Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical input during bidding processes
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in presales, deployment, or solution delivery in network security/ network engineering (Open to candidates with no presales experience and keen to explore presales)
- Strong technical understanding of security solutions (e.g., firewalls, EDR, SIEM, VPN, NAC) and/or networking technologies (e.g., routing, switching, SD-WAN, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the reseller or distribution industry is a strong advantage
