We are partnering with a progressive organisation seeking a Head of Technology to lead enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform engineering strategy. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the organisation's technology vision while ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms that support business growth and digital innovation.
As Head of Technology, you will provide strategic direction, architecture leadership, and operational oversight across infrastructure and security domains while driving engineering excellence and modern technology practices.
To lead Enterprise Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Strategy, Architecture, and Solutioning across the organisation. You will play a key role in building a modern technology environment while driving innovation, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Your leadership will help establish a future-ready technology platform, ensuring infrastructure and security capabilities support the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organisation's business goals.
- Provide strong leadership across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform engineering teams.
- Lead enterprise-wide infrastructure, cloud, and security architecture initiatives.
- Define and implement modern architecture across virtualised environments, cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Promote engineering best practices across platform engineering and software engineering capabilities.
- Establish strong governance frameworks aligned with ITIL best practices, service management, and project delivery standards.
- Oversee technology service delivery and ensure operational excellence across infrastructure and security environments.
- Drive continuous improvement across technology operations and engineering processes.
- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, or cybersecurity leadership roles.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Leadership, or Head of Technology roles.
- Strong background in designing and managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience leading cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record in managing cross-functional technology teams and delivering complex technology programmes.
