Case Manager (UHNW Insurance Broker)

The client is an insurance broker firm that partners with private banks to provide wealth management solutions to the UHNW individuals. They are seeking to expand their sales support team so provide greater support to their expanding sales team.

Job Description

• Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
• Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
• Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention
• Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers' requirements and enquieries

Experience & Skills required

• Minimum diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services
• Good effective communication skills
• Analytical and logical thinking
