This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping compensation strategies, benefits programs, and HR policies while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver best-in-class employee rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and salary structures.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus, and benefits cycles, ensuring accurate execution and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including insurance and wellness initiatives.
- Provide advice to HR and business stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and remuneration matters.
- Analyse compensation data and produce insights to support business decisions.
- Review and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with legislative and organizational requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and benefits providers.
- Support HR transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Degree qualified with 3-5+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR discipline.
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded.
