Job Description

Our client is a leading technology agency that revolutionalises, provides innovative and integrates smart technologies for the healthcare sector.

Role and Responsibilities

· Key point of contact for stakeholders' engagement on all technology audit-related requests

· Facilitate audit management process involving key stakeholders and setting up the structure and routines including performing quality checks on responses to key stakeholders relating to audit issues and remediation status.

· Support 1LOD in risk and control functions as well as stakeholders' management relating to risks, controls and audit matters.

Duties include the following :

o Evaluate the design effectiveness of internal control processes, and advise if design falls short.

o Perform control tests to ensure the effectiveness of controls, and if controls are implemented in accordance to regulations, policies and standards

o Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for 1LOD

o Oversee and guide 1LOD's risk assessment activities, and facilitate 1LOD risk treatment discussions against business risk appetite and risk tolerances

o Follow-up on risk and audit matters with 1LOD to ensure timely address of such issues

o Perform validation review for 'Low' audit issues

o Escalate to senior management on risk / audit issues or control gaps not addressed adequately or on a timely basis

Requirements

· At least 8 to 10 years of IT risk and control, assurance or audit experience in the public sector or multinational corporations.

· Demonstrated ability to support '1LOD' in risk and control function as well as responding to internal / external /regulatory audits

· Able to challenge the status quo, and demonstrate confidence and courage to raise/escalate issues in a pro-active, professional and timely manner

· Excellent organizational skills to drive initiatives, manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise workloads

· Self-motivated and with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders of all levels. Good attention to detail.

· Candidates with CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP and/or CIA certifications would have an advantage.

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
