We are currently working with an insurance company who has regional presence and we are looking for an Internal Communications Assistant Manager to join the team in Singapore.

As part of the regional team here in Singapore, you will be responsible for the group internal communications.

You will be joining a high performing team as well as a company who promotes growth as well as internal mobility, giving you the opportunity to explore various career opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Internal Communications Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with various stakeholders to develop the communications messages
  • Developing clear and compelling content that drives internal campaigns for employee engagement
  • Supporting senior stakeholders in the business as well as various teams for internal employee engagement initiatives

Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in internal communications experience
  • Experience in the banking, financial services, insurance industry is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
