Our client is an established business within the software application sector.. They have recently expanded their market share across the region and are now looking to invite a Customer Success Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:-
You will be the main point of contact for all customer success matters, being a trusted advisor to clients of the business. You will manage and follow up on the sales process after closure, and consult existing clients to provide best advice and support. You will be responsible for the buisness's footprint expansion and ensure successful customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant:-
You should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of experience in a customer facing role. You should have strong experience leading and delivering on renewals, also have a successful track record of product expansion. You should have good knowledge of databases and EPM software architecture.
