Job Description

An exciting opportunity with a very successful Manufacturing company in Singapore who is currently hiring and expanding the strategic team to work closely with the MD and to support all APAC business

Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with a Leading MNC in Manufacturing Industry in providing the whole range of the brand's products and solutions across the Southeast Asia and Pacific (APAC) region.

It has manufacturing sites which hold as a key hub for the company's global production activities supporting the consumer, solutions and components and devices business.

This role reports to the Head of Corporate Admin System Solution and will work closely with other business units of the business.

Business Operations Manager- Job Description

  • Plan and make good strategic plan to support business goal and success
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials for MD
  • Prepare and work on company yearly budgeting plan
  • Prepare and conduct senior management and managers level meetings
  • Manage planning team under his responsibility to achieve management goals
  • Make good analysis of data and prepare insights for management deliberations
  • Innovate and create optimal workflow processes to ensure efficiency of the department
  • Coach and mentor staff to realize their potential
  • Coordinate with regional IT planning groups to consolidate management data
  • Manage governance related to company processes and upkeep company assets
  • Manage outsourcing resources requirements for the company
  • Participate in management training and strategy discussion
  • Manage the P&L to ensure forecast and BP profit plan is met for the company
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure good communication

Business Operations Manager - Requirements

  • Degree level- any specialisation
  • Ability to engage internal and external management positions and make logical proposals to get agreement to move forward on important matters
  • Meticulous with data and accuracy in work, must be good with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Create good rapport and Keep service satisfaction level at optimal level
  • Resolve conflict judiciously and create a united teamwork focus mindset
  • promote teamwork and exercise initiative to solve problems
  • A good communicator and ability to rapport at all levels
  • Strong in commercial processes and good understanding on accounting interpretation
  • Candidates must have proven track record on managing a team and possess strong managerial skills
  • Highly efficient in working on excel, PowerPoint and Teams platform for collaboration
