Job Description

The client is a Global Insurance Company and they are hiring a Head of Organisational Change. This is a permanent role based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivery of the strategic change team, with responsibility of end-to-end change management delivery in key strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain the strategic change management framework at an enterprise level in line with our organisational values and targets, ensuring training and enabling business leaders and initiative managers
  • Perform change portfolio assurance for all strategic initiatives in the business plan
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics of entire change portfolio
  • Proactively lead and coach senior leadership on the diagnosis of business/ organisational problems, scope & conduct research, synthesise findings and craft strategic improvements
  • Develop and manage the Strategic Change Management Communication and Engagement Strategy
  • Build change management capability in the organisation with specific focus on Project and programme Managers and change agents

  • Must have a solid quantitative and analytical aptitude
  • Must be comfortable organising unstructured information and forming reasonable linkages and hypotheses
  • Possess the ability to broadly think across a range of strategic issues
  • Has strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact congenially with cross-functional colleagues across different levels
  • Has strong communication and public presentation skills
  • More importantly, the successful candidate is a self-starter with the intellectual curiosity to problem-solve as well as the personal discipline/ pride to see through a high-quality of work
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative business subject
  • Extensive experience in Strategic Change and Consulting
  • Organisational design and HR experience
  • 10+ years in Financial Services / Insurance Industry
