Join a global financial services group as a Trading Operations Support specialist, ensuring seamless and accurate post-trade processes for equity transactions across Japanese and international markets. This role supports traders, sales teams, and clients by managing account onboarding, resolving trade issues, and maintaining operational accuracy in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales trading teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of new accounts.
- Resolve confirmation and settlement issues promptly to maintain smooth post-trade operations.
- Perform end-of-day trade allocations and verify data accuracy for local and offshore clients.
- Collaborate with traders and dealers to monitor trade breaks, error positions, and support rapid issue resolution.
- Maintain and update client and sub-account information to ensure consistent operational records.
- Improve workflow efficiency by enhancing communication between trading desks and support teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in trade support, middle office, or equity operations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, especially Japanese and global equities.
- Experience in fast-paced trading environments with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with trade matching and settlement systems such as CTM, T-Wave, Smart Bridge, or ISTAR.
- Strong organizational and data management skills for maintaining operational accuracy.
Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy and accountability.
- Strong communication skills for building trust with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under pressure.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset suited for dynamic market conditions.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Business level
