Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and deliver high-quality support via inbound and outbound calls, chat, and case management systems.
- Perform outreach to potential clients, supporting initial funding, trading setup, and client expansion activities.
- Respond to inquiries related to trading platforms, product offerings, funding, transfers, reporting, technical issues, and access management.
- Collect and share client feedback to enhance digital platform usability and service tools.
- Conduct regulatory checks, including identity verification and risk assessments, while maintaining accurate account information.
- Represent the service team by participating in events, seminars, and roadshows to strengthen client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bilingual Japanese/English proficiency within a global trading operations environment.
- Knowledge of global trading markets, securities products, and operational workflows is required.
Soft Skills:

- Japanese: Intermediate/Business level
