    Support the marketing and advertising products of one of Japan's largest E-commerce platforms from a technical perspective.

    Acting as a bridge between business and engineering, you will identify business challenges, design optimal technical solutions, and collaborate with domestic and global development teams to accelerate advertising initiatives.

    This is a high-impact opportunity to work within a data-driven AdTech ecosystem, contributing to large-scale digital marketing solutions that leverage massive consumer datasets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify business challenges and provide optimal technical solutions to clients and internal project teams
    • Collaborate with multiple domestic and international technical teams to drive project delivery
    • Support implementation and post-launch assistance for developed business solutions
    • Define functional requirements for marketing platforms in coordination with diverse stakeholders
    • Research emerging technologies and industry trends and assess applicability to business needs
    • Work with program managers to prioritize development initiatives aligned with evolving business strategies
    • Promote system and service integration across multinational and cross-functional teams

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Experience in web or application development including programming and system design
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry
    • Experience planning and executing projects as a Project Manager
    • Experience building strong relationships with business stakeholders to drive development
    • Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+ equivalent)
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives through completion
    • Analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities
    • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills across diverse stakeholders
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising system planning or development
    • Experience in digital advertising operations or product planning
    • Background in IT consulting or pre-sales
    • Product planning or Product Manager (PdM) experience
    • Data extraction and analysis skills using tools such as BigQuery
    • Experience working with overseas stakeholders
