Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for UI/UX across analytics platforms
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and AI-assisted platforms
- Define product requirements (PRDs, user stories) and partner with engineering for execution
- Analyze product performance using metrics, funnels, and event tracking to optimize user adoption
- Maintain and standardize design systems, ensuring compliance with global accessibility and privacy standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or analytics platforms
- Proven experience owning product features end-to-end
- Strong experience designing modern web interfaces independently
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for product design or development
- Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Amplitude
Soft Skills:
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently in lean environments
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL or experience working with data query tools
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and reporting tools
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React
- Experience working in global or multi-language product environments
