Key Responsibilities
- Respond to system inquiries by conducting deep technical investigations and data corrections.
- Manage system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure 24/7 service stability.
- Execute application releases and system updates smoothly and efficiently.
- Design and develop automation tools using Python to reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose technical improvements for service quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application development or system operations.
- Strong knowledge of Linux commands, Shell scripting, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in Python development, including debugging and code analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative independently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Git, Java, and AWS (Lambda).
- Knowledge of E-commerce systems or supply chain management (SCM).
- Understanding of database administration (DBA) and structured task management.
