    A global leader in real estate and investment management is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment operations in Japan. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing TA team, driving strategic hiring initiatives, and overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes. You'll collaborate with both HR and business stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes and play a key role in building organizational talent in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and develop the TA team through performance management and training
    • Oversee daily recruitment activities, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
    • Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and pipeline development
    • Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with legal and internal policy standards
    • Execute full-cycle recruitment for internal and external roles, including executive-level hiring
    • Monitor KPIs and drive accountability for high-quality hiring results
    • Partner closely with HR and business leaders to align recruitment with company goals

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 6+ years of recruitment experience in both agency and in-house settings
    • Proven experience in people management and team leadership
    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information with professionalism
    • Skilled at setting clear performance standards and handling challenges effectively

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Familiarity with the real estate, facilities, or construction sectors
    • Experience recruiting across APAC markets or for regional roles
    • Interest in broader HR functions such as employer branding or talent management
