This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from business analysis and solution design through development, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, customize, and support ServiceNow-based business applications and enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Analyze client business challenges and recommend process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Leverage low-code platforms and modern cloud technologies to enhance system functionality and improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project quality, successful delivery, and adherence to timelines.
- Work closely with global teams and specialized technology groups to deliver innovative solutions using the latest digital technologies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of enterprise business processes.
- Provide technical expertise and advisory support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting SaaS applications, web applications, or enterprise software solutions.
- Hands-on development experience using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Practical experience in system implementation projects, including solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders while driving project deliverables.
- Strong interest in cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and emerging digital solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
