Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of growth strategies and M&A initiatives, including capital alliances.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess business opportunities.
- Develop strategies for new business creation and market entry, including investment risk analysis.
- Perform investment evaluation, business valuation, and financial modeling.
- Provide advisory support for strategy execution and PMI (Post-Merger Integration) to enhance enterprise value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in strategy consulting firms with exposure to M&A strategy, business development, overseas expansion, or PMI projects.
- Experience in investment evaluation or business analysis within corporate investment teams or investment firms.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination across complex initiatives.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Business level preferred
