Join a leading global asset management firm as a Trading Operations Specialist supporting repo transactions, derivatives collateral management, and securities settlement operations.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate transaction processing and supporting critical middle and back-office operations within global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Support trade matching and transaction processing for repo and bond financing transactions within internal systems
- Manage daily collateral movements and monitoring activities related to derivatives valuation fluctuations
- Conduct securities trade matching and settlement confirmation for primarily JPY-denominated assets using Bloomberg and DTCC CTM
- Prepare weekly and monthly position reconciliations, operational reports, and confirmation documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely operational processing across trading activities
- Support operational issue resolution and ensure compliance with internal control procedures and deadlines
- Handle related administrative tasks including group email support, reporting preparation, and telephone correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience within back-office or middle-office operations handling bonds, repo transactions, or derivatives at securities firms, investment banks, or asset management companies
- Strong working knowledge of financial operations processes and transaction management within financial institutions
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard office applications
- Experience using English for business email communication in professional environments

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with surrounding team members
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow operational checklists and procedures accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with awareness of deadlines and priorities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute within a fast-paced operations environment
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using Bloomberg applications and financial market systems
