Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development within the medical device industry
- Proven track record of successful product launches and business plan execution
- Demonstrated experience building strong professional networks with KOLs
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a proactive team-oriented approach
Soft Skills:
- Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to create and execute new initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on achieving shared goals
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level (daily communication with global teams)

- Experience negotiating with government agencies or formal project management certification
