- Monitor market and industry trends to anticipate mid-career recruitment requirements
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for experienced professional roles
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across stakeholders
- Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct sourcing methods
- Organize and support recruitment events aimed at mid-career professionals
- Lead and deliver additional recruitment initiatives and assigned projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Over 5 years of mid-career recruitment experience in a company with 1,000+ employees
- Hands-on experience as an in-house recruiter or in-house direct sourcer
Soft Skills:

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
