Project Management Office (Haken)

Our client is seeking a PMO to play a supporting role in critical DX and globalization projects.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Liaise between onshore and offshore teams, bridging between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in requirement gathering
• Manage stakeholders, coordinating meetings and take meeting minutes
• Utilize best practices for project and business process improvements
• Work with Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery to budget and time

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or related role
• Experience in requirement gathering, taking meeting minutes
• Business fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking, listening) a MUST

Preferred skills

• Experience working in multinational projects a plus
• Experience in DX/cloud migration projects a plus
