Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Design and develop secure backend services, RESTful APIs, database architectures, and microservices using Spring Boot Java and Redis.
- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality, reusable, and maintainable application components.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility across large-scale B2C platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in full-stack software development across frontend and backend technologies.
- Advanced expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Spring Boot Java, and Redis.
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs, implementing JWT authentication, state management frameworks such as Redux or MobX, and version control using Git.
- Proven experience designing scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system architecture challenges.
- Strong leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior developers and promoting development best practices.
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in international development environments.
- Passion for continuous learning and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Basic level.
- English: Fluent.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with GraphQL, Node.js, and server-side application development.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio.
- Experience building enterprise-scale B2C applications serving millions of users.
