Key Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and compliant processing of invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments
• Maintain strong payment controls to reduce error, fraud, and reporting inaccuracies
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders on non-routine inquiries and audit support
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and deliver insights for risk and efficiency improvements
• Drive automation and system enhancements to improve productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years in accounts payable, financial operations, or a similar back-office finance role
• Proven track record managing payment processes and controls
• Experience supporting audits and reconciling financial records
