    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the sales team covering investment funds, financial institutions, and pension clients.
    • Assist senior sales professionals with client relationship management and ongoing account maintenance.
    • Prepare marketing and client presentation materials for internal and external use.
    • Coordinate communication with overseas teams and contribute to global collaboration.
    • Help manage day-to-day sales activities and ensure high-quality client service delivery.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience.
    • Sales, client services, product support, or marketing materials preparation experience in an asset management company.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Motivated to grow a career in financial services sales and client relationship management.
    • Ability to support senior stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Conversational level (able to communicate effectively with global teams)

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Interest in developing knowledge across investment trusts, institutional investors, and pension business.
    • Strong sales mindset and willingness to learn in a client-facing role.
