- Guide customers through complex technical and industry-specific challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven enterprise or strategic account management experience in manufacturing, IT, or cloud technology.
- Strong understanding of network security, Zero Trust architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise customers.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Consultative sales approach with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Basic conversational level.
