A leading global investment bank is seeking an experienced M&A Advisory Director to join its Tokyo team. In this senior role, you will take ownership of M&A origination and execution, advising top-tier clients across sectors. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-border teams, delivering strategic insights and transaction excellence within Japan's dynamic investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&A origination and execution for corporate and financial sponsor clients.
- Manage end-to-end deal processes, including valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to execute complex cross-border transactions.
- Provide strategic and financial advice that drives successful deal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum 7 years of M&A Advisory experience at an investment bank in Japan.

Proven track record in leading or supporting complex transactions.
Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of valuation, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.

Language Requirements
