Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal submissions, memoranda, and case strategy documents for complex contentious matters.
- Collaborate with international legal teams and technical experts on cross-border investigations and disputes.
- Assist clients in navigating regulatory risk and enforcement matters related to innovation-driven industries.
- Work closely with partners on high-profile disputes involving global technology and life sciences companies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Qualified Japanese lawyer (弁護士) with experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or intellectual property law.
- Experience working in a law firm environment handling complex legal cases.
- Exposure to commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, or technology-related legal matters.
- Candidates across junior to senior associate levels will be considered depending on experience.
