    A leading global luxury group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR systems, operations, and strategic cross-functional initiatives across its portfolio of brands in Japan. This position plays a vital role in driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR teams with daily operations, Workday optimization, and leadership development. You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment that values creativity, structure, and results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Head of HR Shared Services with all HR operations, including HRIS, data integrity, process improvement, and ad-hoc HR initiatives
    • Lead HR operations projects, such as system upgrades, process rollouts, and workflow optimizations
    • Use Workday to drive efficiency, manage transactions, and deliver consistent HR support
    • Provide daily HR services across multiple brands, ensuring operational excellence
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for HR initiatives and projects
    • Guide and coach the HR team by setting clear expectations and supporting capability development
    • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and corporate policies

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on operations
    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Proficiency in Workday and understanding of HR systems and workflows
    • Solid knowledge of HR policies and employment law in Japan
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional HR initiatives from planning to execution
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience working in multinational or luxury retail organizations
    • Familiarity with performance, learning, or DE&I program implementation
    • Knowledge of international HR standards or system integration projects
