Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the people agenda to align HR initiatives with business strategy
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on complex HR matters
- Partner with global and local HR teams to address operational and policy challenges
- Advise people managers during organizational changes and promote adoption of HR tools
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievance and conduct cases
- Provide input on compensation, performance management, and benefits aligned to global frameworks
- Contribute to HR projects and drive process improvements using data insights
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment
- Strong understanding of Japan labor laws and employment regulations
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
