Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR initiatives by analyzing organizational data and making strategic recommendations

- Manage core HR operations including evaluation cycles, rewards, and governance
- Support and improve HR services such as recruiting, L&D, and general administration
- Act as a key advisor to business units on HR strategy and compliance
- Participate in cross-functional projects that contribute to broader business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years across multiple HR functions, including business partnering or advisory
- Experience in developing or improving HR systems or policies
