Lead HR initiatives by analyzing organizational data and making strategic recommendations

Manage core HR operations including evaluation cycles, rewards, and governance
Support and improve HR services such as recruiting, L&D, and general administration
Act as a key advisor to business units on HR strategy and compliance
Participate in cross-functional projects that contribute to broader business outcomes
Minimum 3 years across multiple HR functions, including business partnering or advisory
Experience in developing or improving HR systems or policies
Strong initiative and ability to independently lead projects
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Project management and stakeholder coordination experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills at senior levels
Proficiency in using HR data to support strategic decision-making
Japanese: Fluent
English: Intermediate to Business level
Experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR consulting roles
Coaching and influencing skills across organizational levels
Regional HR program implementation experience in fast-paced environments
