Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in both early-career and mid-career recruiting.
- Proven ability to lead or manage recruiting processes or teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with leadership and hiring managers.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
- English: Basic to business-level proficiency.
